The AT2500 Mistral is manufactured for 5000 series aluminum alloy.  The component parts are fabricated and welded together into primary substructures. These in turn are bolted and sealed to complete the assembly.  The craft is fitted with an enclosed passenger cabin section, that is completely removeable and is capable of carrying 10 passengers.  The craft is powered by a 250HP Caterpillar marine diesel engine which drives two vertically mounted squirrel cage fans for thrust and a hydraulic system for lift.  The skirt consists of 70 individual finger segments.
